The leadership of the Republican Committee of Lancaster County is comprised of the Executive Committee, the Area Chairs, representing the Republican Committees in the various school districts in Lancaster County, and the State Committee, who meet with other county state committee members to endorse statewide candidates.

Ethan Demme is the President and CEO of Math-U-See Inc. Before being named President & CEO in November 2011, Ethan was Math-U-See’s Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for all of the company’s day to day operations. Ethan also serves as the Chairman of the Republican Committee of Lancaster County and as a member of the Library System of Lancaster Counties’ board of directors. Ethan holds a B.A. in Communication Arts from Bryan College. Ethan has been married to his lovely wife Anna for 4 years and they live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania where they enjoy hiking, biking, canoeing and riding motorcycles.
