Republican Committee of Lancaster County has experienced a revival of late, and we want you to be a part of its new direction. The New Republican Committee of Lancaster County is:

• Financially Secure – With a new chairman and a new executive director at the helm, the RCLC is bringing a business model to the organization and taking a number of innovative approaches to fund-raising. Rather than simply ask for money, we’re asking our donors to not only invest in the future of their Party, but also get involved in the variety of events we’re offering. The more we’re involved with our community, the stronger our Committee becomes.
• Modern –We’ve brought in top of the line computer hardware and software, added an elegant new conference room and executive director’s office and are now busily working on sprucing up Headquarters by addressing many of the problems that have limited its full potential for so long. We’re asking donors to invest in office renovations, an improved phone bank, structural reinforcement, heightened security and a new phone system.
• Engaged – To win elections, the RCLC understands the importance of communicating with the public. Restructuring how we process and distribute information has been a top priority, and the newly designed and constantly updated website is evidence of our commitment to this goal. Additionally, we’re in the midst of creating new and comprehensive databases that will allow us to more easily reach out to volunteers, donors and candidates. The goal is to ensure that every ballot in Lancaster County is accounted for and that the lines of communication are open.
• Supportive – Whether it’s database information, the production and printing of mailers, or assistance with endorsed candidate fund-raisers, the RCLC is taking steps to ensure its endorsement doesn’t lose the influence it has enjoyed for more than a century. We’re strengthening our candidate vetting process and building a volunteer base that will ensure good Republicans are not only endorsed by the Committee, but go on to become elected with the Committee’s help.
• YOURS – Perhaps the most exciting aspect of the New RCLC is the ownership rank-and-file Republicans have in our success. By giving each and every member of the Republican Party a stake in the welfare of their Committee, the RCLC’s successes become their successes.
